Payment methods

To place your order in our Neuland Shop easier, secure and more convenient, the following payment methods are available: 

1. PayPal

With PayPal you only need your e-mail address and your password. 
It allows securely, conveniently and cost-effectively sending and receiving payments online.

2. Payment by credit card

We also accept the payment by credit card of the three biggest providers: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, which is a fast, easy and secure method. 
The transfer of your data is encrypted for safety reason.

From 30/12/2020 we will use the 3D-Secure procedure for credit card payments. A payment without this procedure is no longer possible, you can continue to use other payment methods as usual.
Please contact your credit card provider to find out whether your credit card has a 3D-Secure procedure and whether it is activated.

3. Payment in advance via bank transfer

Of course you may also pay in advance via bank transfer. Your pre-payment invoice with our account details (BIC and IBAN) will be sent via separate email as soon as possible. 
Your order will be dispatched once the payment is received!
