Return deliveries

You can return a product within 14 days after receiving your order. Please also take note of our General Terms and Conditions.

In order to speed up the process, please read the following instructions.
Keep in mind that we don't take deliveries of packages without prepaid labels. We, therefore, ask you not to remove any labels that are already on the parcel.

Exchange

Replacement products and new orders will be delivered separately after we've received the return delivery.

Refund

After receiving and examining the respective products, we'll give you a refund by using the payment method you chose when placing your order.
